EKO Directions for Use

Flower beds: Dig 2 inches of EKO™ Compost into top 6 inches of soil

Roses: Plant rosebush in a mixture of 1 part EKO™ Compost and 2 parts soil, firm soil around plant and water thoroughly. Mulch with 2 inches EKO™ Compost.

Vegetable Gardens: Dig 3 inches of EKO™ Compost into top 8 inches of existing soil.

Trees and Shrubs: Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Plant and back fill with existing soil and compact firmly. Mulch with 1 inch of EKO™ Compost forming a 3-inch tall ring the width of the planting hole, to aid in moist retention.

Seeding New Lawns: Water soil well, 24 hours before ground preparation. Cover ground with EKO at a rate of 3 cubic yards per 1000 square feet. Roto till to a 6-inch depth, smooth ground, broadcast seed as recommended. Compact with a barrel roller. Keep moist.

Sodding New Lawns: Prepare ground as for seeding. Lay sod and keep evenly moist for three weeks.

Established Lawns: Core aerate your lawn. Spread ˝ inch EKO Compost with rake in spring or fall. Repeat annually or at least every two years.

2) MACRO-NUTRIENTS: Nitrogen, Phosphorous & potassium
3) MICRO-NUTRIENTS: Calcium Organic N, Cobalt, Magnesium, Molybdenum, Copper, Zinc, Iron, Manganese, Selenium, Sulfur, Silicon
4) MOISTURE HOLDING CAPACITY: Estimated to hold 3 to 7 times its volume.
5) ODOR: Sweet, earthy aroma
6) BIOLOGY: Biologically alive with microbes for revitalizing the soil.
7) MINERALS: 10% or more natural minerals
